[OpenXDS-Dev] defining openpixpdq in my openxds
How can I define my openpixpdq server in my actor configuration? i need to connect to an openpixpdq System, think I have
to specify some kind of server/service address, haven't I?

Thanks,
Nelli

RE: [OpenXDS-Dev] defining openpixpdq in my openxds
Nelli,

The OpenXDS registry stores the patient id of the global assigning authorities (global domains). To let OpenPIXPDQ
forward the global patients to OpenXDS, you need to configure on both OpenXDS and OpenPIXPDQ as follows:

On the OpenXDS side, it is defined in the pix-registry Connection of XdsRegistryConnections.xml. You can use the
default or change any details such as port and global domain. The pix-registry Connection is used by the Registry
definition in IheActors.xml by default.

On the OpenPIXPDQ side, the xds-pix-registry Connection in PixManagerConnections.xml defines the client side that
interacts with OpenXDS. Make sure the hostname, port and global domain are the same as on the OpenXDS side. The xds-pix-
registry Connection is used by the PIX Manager definition in IheActors.xml by default.
