p>Building on the original CDE Information Correlation Service (ICS) and Information Locator Service (ILS) modules, the 
openHIE team has designed a Record Locator Service architecture (see FIGURE 2) by imagining four named services:</p><ul>

 open source DBMS35An Access Broker to handle role-based authentication and authorization services before an approved
